<p>Mrs Lee is committed to ensuring that every child has the best possible start in life. &nbsp;</p> <p>Mrs Lee believes it is crucial to foster positive relationships with children and their families for children to be able to flourish academically, socially and morally.&nbsp; She has a wealth of expertise as a safeguarding lead and working closely with families.&nbsp; Mrs Lee has been studying with the Open University since 2012 gaining qualifications in Children &amp; Families and Health &amp; Social Care.</p>
